All personal information about you retrieved from third-party sources shall be deemed to fall under the definition of the Information.

4.1 We will share the Information within MY Lawyers, authorised personnel or with third parties, but only in relation to the purposes for which it has been collected for.
4.2 We may disclose the Information if:
- You have provided authorisation;
- As required by the law, including the laws of any overseas jurisdiction;
- Required and authorised pursuant to the New Zealand Law Society’s Rules of Professional Conduct.
